Abstract
First public release of the blastdbbuilder graphical user interface.
This release provides a Linux GUI for background execution, reconnectable monitoring and safe termination of long-running reference genome download and BLAST database construction workflows.
This GUI is built on top of the blastdbbuilder command-line backend.
