Abstract
The authors’ view the Teacher Work Sample as a framework for what the teacher is thinking, teaching and doing that explicitly connects teacher work and student learning. Teacher Work Sample Methodology is an extended, authentic performance task centered on student learning as reported by teachers. The paper includes all the criteria essential to the creation of the Teacher Work Sample.
