Abstract
Western Australia is experiencing a demise of play-based learning in the early years of schooling. In response, some schools are designing their own play policies to ensure play-based learning is delivered. This three-hour seminar and discussion forum will provide teacher participants with an opportunity to learn about the processes involved in developing a school play policy in accordance to the National Quality Standard.
