Objectives:
1. To encourage more use of qualitative research methods - observation, interviews, narratives, content analysis.
2. To achieve a more holistic approach through inter-departmental linkages to identifying and designing research objectives and questions.
3. To understand and have access to using NVivo10 analytical tool - How to work on memos, coding, managing coding and data.
