Abstract

This seminar outlines interim research findings on the assessment of current institutional arrangements in the Tasmanian Midlands, the Australian Alps and the Commonwealth government. This seminar gives particular attention on the findings relevant to the Commonwealth’s role in biodiversity conservation governance. The presentation will also outline the methodology for translating these research findings into policy and governance options that support a) biodiversity conservation at a landscape-scale and b) ecosystem resilience.
