Abstract
Septoria pathogenic variation in oat was characterised on seedling and adult plants. In adult-plant assays, 12 oat accessions were tested using 19 isolates, while 24 oat accessions and 43 isolates were tested in the seedling stage. This dataset is an output of the GRDC-funded project UMU2404-010RTX (Further discovery of improved sources of Septoria resistance).
