Abstract
The leaf alkaloid contents and seed alkaloid contents of over 300 accessions were collected from South Perth 2023, Shetton Park 2024 and Wongan Hills 2024 trials. The leaf alkaloid content was measured with the DR method, while seed alkaloid content was tested with the GCMS method. The KAT RIL populations were tested with seed alkaloid content and aphid tolerance in Wongan Hills and Manjimup trials. The genotype of the RIL population was generated with DArTseq markers
