Crop and pasture improvement (incl. selection and breeding)

This dataset contains whole genome sequence (WGS) data in raw FASTQ format for key oat accessions critical to Australian breeding programs. By expanding the existing oat pangenome collection, this dataset will provide valuable information to accelerate gene discovery, facilitate genome analysis, and fast-track the development of tools that support precision oat breeding. These are results from the GRDC funded project UMU2003-002RTX.
