Abstract

In Latin America, television remains an important means of communication; history, politics, the market and, above all, the entire culture and audience are what keep it alive. Although young people are migrating to other screens, television content continues to be a reference in everyone's audiovisual experiences. With changes in reception, production, programming and business models, television, instead of disappearing, explodes and expands on television as a multiple experience and an opportunity to reinvent its audiences.
