Copper in aerosol particles produced by the ocean
Science, Vol.202(4366), pp.429-430
1978
Abstract
Measurements of particulate copper in the atmosphere near the island of Tasmania indicate that the ocean is a source of atmospheric copper. A biogenic agent may be responsible for the approximately 20,000-fold enrichment of copper during aerosol production from the ocean.
