Ferroelectricity in inorganic-organic ionic crystals
Integrated Ferroelectrics, Vol.9(1-3), pp.189-198
1995
Abstract
Ionic crystals with large cations based on organic methyl-ammonium structure and large anions based on metal halide groupings show interesting ferroelectric behaviour. This paper investigates the role of H-bonding in such crystals it so far as it influences ferroelectric behaviour.
