New advances in trace element geochemistry of ore minerals and accessory phases
Ore Geology Reviews, Vol.81, pp.1215-1217
2017
Abstract
• The trace element composition of ore minerals is of fundamental importance to the understanding of mineralizing processes.
• In-situ analyses of ore minerals by EMPA, SIMS and LA-ICP-MS have become essential approaches to many geochemical studies.
• Progress in micro-beam techniques allows the examination at any location in the sample with unprecedented detail.
