Abstract
The most eerie terrorist attack in Nice, where heavy trucks rushed into the crowds in southern France, was that the weapons were not bombs or guns, but cars that were everywhere in our daily lives. And it was effective enough to kill 84 people. If this too simple terrorism takes hold, can we prevent it?
