Abstract
As part of the stakeholder consultation process co-designed by Health and Wellbeing Queensland (HWQld) and the Institute for Social Science Research (ISSR), we conducted 25 interviews with 26 stakeholders. Participants were recruited based on a systematic actor mapping process and input from HWQld’s Equity Framework Partnership Governance Group (PGG), the ISSR research team, and the HWQld project team. The resulting corpus of interview data contains a wide range of perspectives from system actors about how they conceive of equity and inequity, how they perceive barriers to and opportunities for equity in Queensland, how they experience—both personally and through their work—the cultural, structural, and systemic barriers to equity, and how they envision a more equitable Queensland.
