1. Strong skills in molecular biology (including DNA, RNA and protein handling, PCR, qPCR, quantification methods) 
2. Extensive experience in designing and analysing antisense oligonucleotides in vitro and and in vivo models. 
3. Strong understanding and hands-on experience in microbiology, cell-culture and DNA delivery methods. 
4. Strong computer skills with expertise in managing and analysing complex datasets. 
5. Exceptional organisational and record-keeping skills with meticulous attention to detail.
