About me
Associate Professor Caroline Browne, RN, Phd, MIntHlt, BAppSc (Nursing), SFHEA, MACN is currently the Associate Dean of Learning and Teaching, and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion for the School of Nursing at Murdoch University.
My professional nursing career has included both clinical and education-based nursing roles in Australia, the United States of America and Viet Nam. I am an academic with over 15 years of experience in designing, implementing and delivering nursing education in the university sector, with a track record of research, scholarship and postgraduate research supervision focused on nursing education, reflective practice, and professional identity. I am an active member of professional organisations, such as the Australian College of Nursing and Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council, holding leadership roles and contributing to policy, advocacy and accreditation work at state and national level.
