About me

I have been teaching at Murdoch since 2013 in the Management and Human Resources Management disciplines.

My research interests are in the areas of organisational discourse and wellbeing, as well as accessibility and inclusion in business courses. My previous research looked at the discourse of well-being in Western Australian mining companies, and my current projects include an exploratory study of embedding strategic themes into business unit design. I have also presented an exploratory study into tailoring employability strategies for undergraduate business students at WATLF2023.
