About me

I am an animal physiologist, fascinated by how animals survive in challenging environments and how we can use this information to inform conservation. I am particularly interested in understanding how animal are affected by human-induced environmental change and climatic extremes. My current research is focused on the biological responses of ectothermic ("cold-blooded") animals to temperature variation. I am on a quest to work on all types of amazing animals - from freaky fishes to slithery snakes.
