About me
Deanna's current research and journal articles relate to Corporate Strategic Management. Previous research and publications were on the themes of Leadership and Followership.
Her PhD on University Management was completed @ the Centre for the Study of Higher Education, CSHE, University of Melbourne with involvement in the PhD program @ the Centre for Higher Education Policy Studies @ The University of Twente, Netherlands. Deanna published a book and journal articles from her PhD research.
Deanna is the Unit Coordinator for a core unit of the Master of Business Administration, Strategies for Growth & Excellence. This unit is included in other Master's courses offered by Murdoch Business School.
Deanna's service contributions to Murdoch University include participation in the University's Curriculum Commission. At the Business School Deanna has been Deputy Chair and a member of the School's Research Committee, and a member of the School's Board of Studies. She has undertaken the role of Academic Chair of Murdoch's combined MBA/MIT, MBA/MHRM, and MBA/MHCM.
