About me

Dr. Doan D. Nguyen has joined Murdoch University as a researcher since March 2022. Before joining Murdoch, he worked in academia and research in food science, serving as an associate professor in Vietnam. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of food science and technology. His research focuses on milk and milk product quality, grain based milk, grain quality (particularly oat beta-glucan), and mushroom quality.
