About me

Dr Farheen Javed is currently a Lecturer in Human Resource Management (HRM) at Murdoch University. She is an active researcher with twelve years of advanced quantitative data analysis skills. Her research interests are in the areas of Corporate Social Responsibility, Human Resource Management, and a wide range of employee outcomes. She has authored 14 scholarly articles that have received over 2000 citations, including five articles published in Quartile 1 journals. She serves as a member of the Student Appeals Committee and a reviewer for a few international journals.
