About me
Dr Farjana Misu is a Research Fellow at the Ngangk Yira Institute for Change, Murdoch University, and a health economist with a strong background in applied statistics and quantitative health research. Her research focuses on maternal and child health, health economics, healthcare utilisation, financial protection, and health inequalities.
She holds a PhD in Health Economics from Murdoch University, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Applied Statistics. Her research involves the analysis of large population and health datasets, including survey and linked administrative health data, using health economics, statistical, and biostatistical methods.
