About me
I am an experienced researcher and educator currently working as a Lecturer at Murdoch University. I hold a PhD from Murdoch University and have been actively engaged in both teaching and research throughout my academic career.
My research interests focus on Total Quality Management (TQM), Change Management, Human Resource Management (HRM), Higher Education, and Organisational Performance, with a particular emphasis on quantitative data analysis. I have published eleven research papers in international peer-reviewed journals, along with my doctoral thesis. Recently, two more of my papers have been accepted for publication, and one is currently under review.
I teach across a range of units, including Business Governance, Data Analytics, Organisational Change, Management and Consultancy, Business Research Methods, and Talent Management. I aim to create a learning environment that is both practical and engaging, helping students connect theory to real-world applications.
Currently, I am supervising one PhD candidate, one postgraduate student, and two undergraduate students on their industry placements. I enjoy mentoring students and supporting their academic and professional growth.
I am passionate about advancing knowledge in my areas of expertise and always open to collaborative research opportunities in HRM and general management.
