About me

My research centres on social dynamics, leadership, and conflict in community and volunteer organising and small organisations. These are complex situations, and each one is unique because of the influence of individuals, resources and constraints, ongoing change, and being embedded in a context of more powerful institutions. How then, can people create and enact agency for the common good?
