About me

I am an interdisciplinary activist-scholar interested in advancing positive eco-social change response to climate change and intersecting oppressive systems. I primarily use critical, decolonial and feminist Participatory Action Research approaches to generate practical knowledge and action with community groups, activists, social service organisations and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations. My research interests include: climate and environmental justice movements and policy; addressing inequitable impacts of climate change and climate distress, particularly for young people and their wellbeing; and fostering relational and caring ethics, epistemologies and practices as transformative approaches to sustainability and systems change.

I also serve as a committee member of the Climate Justice Union WA and contributes to several research national and international research networks including the Healthy Environments and Lives Network (HEAL), Connecting Climate Minds, and the Activist Research Network.

I invite prospective research collaborators and students to get in touch.
