About me

I am an animal production and science researcher with a background focused on ruminants. I have a keen interest in ruminant production systems, welfare, and reproduction. My research spans pain relief and mitigation, prenatal stress, lamb survival, the impact of biometeorology on reproductive performance, and industry-relevant innovations in sheep and cattle production systems. I am passionate about teaching and apply evidence-based approaches across biology and animal science, actively integrating industry engagement to enhance student employability. I am committed to mentoring future scientists and promoting sustainable practices in Australian agriculture.
