About me

I joined Murdoch in 2009 from another university where I had worked for 15 years.

My research interests are in the areas of Volunteering, Volunteer management and Nonprofit organisations; Bullying and Organisational Behaviour, and Learning and Teaching in Higher Education.

I am active in research and research stewardship, and have been involved on committees such as the Murdoch University Human Research Ethics Committee.

I teach in the areas of Nonprofit Management and Leadership, Human Resource Management, Business Research Methods, Organisational Behaviour, and Business, Society and Environment.

I also supervise higher degree research students across a range of topics.
