About me

My primary research interests lie in invasive animals and the parasites they harbour. These parasites are capable of transmitting to (and causing disease in) native wildlife, livestock, domestic animals and humans. The findings from my research can be used to inform management programs to efficiently target priority areas, from a biosecurity, industry and public health aspect.

Community engagement and outreach are a high priority for my research. I am passionate about getting my research findings to the general community, who need and can directly use this information.
