About me

I am the Dean of the School of Media and Communication and a Lecturer in Strategic Communication and Web Communication.

I am the Director of our School's student communication and academic consultancy, MESH.

My research interests include issues and crisis management, online community and stakeholder engagement, health communication, digital media, creative communication and international education.

I come from a public relations and digital communication consulting background and currently manage several websites and social media platforms for myriad projects.
