About me

Dr Loo is a CRC Research Fellow and Associate Professor in Molecular Nutrition at the Australian National Phenome Centre and the Centre for Computational and Systems Medicine, Murdoch University.

Her research focuses on advancing metabolic phenotyping to better understand the molecular interactions between food, metabolism, and health. Specifically, she applies nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and mass spectrometry (MS) to map out these complex relationships and use this data to drive precision nutrition and healthcare solutions.
