About me
I have broad research interests relating to the conservation of inland aquatic ecosystems. I am most interested in applied research that aims to make a positive impact on these systems and their organisms. Past and current research includes the impacts of water abstraction, climate change, introduced species, and water quality decline on aquatic ecosystems with a particular focus on fish, crayfish, mussels and turtles. I am also very passionate about the extension of science to the broader community particularly to regional areas.
