Engineering professional with over 20 years’ experience in the Mining and Metals sector, spanning both industry and academia.

Presently, a Senior Lecturer in Process Systems Engineering. Teaching and research areas predominantly concern the design, modelling, optimisation and control of chemical, metallurgical and energy systems.

Previously, an industry professional practicing across several roles and companies. At GRD Minproc (now Wood), specialising in process modelling for metallurgical plant design and performance optimisation. At BHP, responsibilities spanning a variety of design, operational and leadership roles in the fields of process and control engineering, risk management and business improvement.

Passionate about safety, education, technology & innovation, continuous improvement and collaborative problem-solving.
