Spatial autocorrelation analysis of plant population genetic variation
Chinese Bulletin of Botany, Vol.16(6), pp.636-641
1999
Abstract
The theory, method and application of spatial autocorrelation analysis of plant population genetic variation are reviewed, including method of analysis with the genotype as nominal data and allele frequency as interval data. Some aspects that influence the genetic structure of plant natural populations and the significance of studying spatial patterns of genetic variation in plant natural populations are discussed.
