About me
Dr Amy Huang is an active researcher in the fields of open innovation, absorptive capacity, and knowledge management. She also has a particular research interest relating to the contemporary social, economic and business issues in China; CSR and sustainability in emerging economies. She serves as a reviewer for a number of international peer-reviewed journals and conferences. She has supervised and co-supervised 4 PhD students to completion. Amy has published articles in such journals as Journal of Business Ethics (Financial Times Top 50 Journal), Technovation, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Human Resource Management Review, Journal of Management and Organization, VINE Journal of Information and Knowledge Management Systems, etc. She has attended a number of international conferences and also presented her research at prestigious conferences such as Academy of Management (AoM) annual meetings and Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM) annual meetings multiple times. She is the Postgraduate Research Chair for Business School.
Amy is the recipient of a College Teaching Award (team award), two VC Awards (team award), and was shortlisted for the QS Reimagine Education Awards 2024 together with the team.
