About me

Senior lecturer and drug hypersensitivity research laboratory lead at the Personalised Medicine Centre, Core Genomics, Murdoch University, Western Australia, preceded by 7 years immunopharmacology research at the MRC Centre for Drug Safety Science in Liverpool, UK. Focused on the optimization and combined implementation of in vitro cell culture platforms and single-cell sequencing to (i) identify the immunogenic potential of new and existing drugs, and (ii) mechanistically evaluate the potential for immunological parameters to disrupt mechanisms of tolerance and drive adverse drug reactions. I work on both industrial projects and those with specialist clinicians to define immunogenic risk of drugs, chemicals, and biologics.
