About me

I teach in the Food Science and Nutrition course as an industry expert in the National Priorities and Industry Linkage Fund (NPILF). I bring decades of industry experience in diagnostic microbiology, laboratory management, and working with food supply chains to improve food safety management through the application of hazard analysis and risk assessment. This experience helps produce job-ready graduates with improved understanding of food systems and the ongoing challenges of producing safe and sustainable food.
