The Konrad Adenauer Stiftung recently published a paper titled "In the Matter of State v Liberty".
Anne McNaughton (Director, Centre for European Studies and Senior Lecturer, School of Law, Australian National University) and Eva Ulrike Wagner (Programme Coordinator - Rule of Law, Energy and Development Policy, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung) acted as editors and will talk to us about the background of the publication and which conclusions can be drawn.
Stefan Mueller (Barrister in Newcastle and Sydney) and Christopher Weuthen (Lawyer with the law firm Vangard in Duesseldorf) will talk about the changes COVID 19 brought about in employment law in Germany and Australia.
Prof. Dr. Jürgen Bröhmer (Dean and Professor of Law at Murdoch University, Perth) will speak about how Germany and Australia have combatted COVID 19.
