Driven by an unwavering commitment to continuous learning and personal growth, he has successfully completed a doctoral degree from the University of Western Australia. This esteemed PhD, in conjunction with his prior attainment of BSc and MSc in Civil Engineering degrees, has provided him with extensive training in the fields of conceptualising, managing, and leading R&D initiatives.
Additionally, Sarik possesses a diverse skill set that encompasses efficient resource management, analysis of large-scale datasets, seamless collaboration with the diverse scientific community, and effective communication of ideas at an advanced level. His exceptional aptitude and dedication have been duly recognised through the receipt of numerous prestigious awards and scholarships from reputable institutions such as the Institute of Marine Engineering Science & Technology (IMarEST) and the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission of UNESCO in Australia, the University of Western Australia, the University of East London in the UK, and Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology in Bangladesh.
