About me
Dr Peter Devereux is a Senior Lecturer in Sustainability at Murdoch University. An Elected Member at the Town of Victoria Park 2021-2025 he also has extensive overseas experience including with the United Nations. He is on Western Australian and international volunteer research committees and coordinates the Western Australian SDG Network. He is also Deputy Convenor of the One World Centre board. Peter has focused on volunteering for development and sustainability policy, research and practice for over 30 years and is passionate about the Sustainable Development Goals because they provide a holistic and universal agreed framework for sustainable development for all communities, business and governments to work together across sectors and scales from local to regional, national and global.
