UNEP's monograph, "Energy Savings in Cities: Issues, Strategies and Options for Local Governments" provides information to decision-makers in developing countries on how they might reduce greenhouse gas emissions, while saving on energy costs.

The aim of this bibliography is to provide a current resource that will aid those interested in researching, or furthering their knowledge of nuclear and peace issues. The particular focus is psychological, however 'Peace' as an issue is covered in areas likely to be of interest to those in educational, sociological and political fields.
