About me

I am an Organisational Psychologist and supervisor, registered and endorsed in Australia and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Murdoch University I was the European Research Director at Towers Perrin-ISR (Willis Towers Watson) where I oversaw research on employee attitudes, behaviour, and organisational culture.


My research interests focus on the interplay between the employee and the organisation exploring a breadth of areas including employee wellbeing, the determinants of employee and organisational performance, organisational change, resilience, expatriate adjustment, organisational culture and values and engagement.


I also have a keen interest in psychometric assessment and the design of valid and reliable measures for employees and organisations.
