About me

Dr Wendy Hunt is the Academic Chair of Food Science and Nutrition at Murdoch University. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of Food Science, having roles in management, teaching, research and industry. Her research interests are in food and health and she has published in fibre and satiety, grains, seafood and health (h-index 11).
